Qualifications

- Completion of a refresher course is necessary if there is a gap in nursing experience of five years or more.
Professional Skills
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required upon hire.
- Must meet all unit-specific certification requirements.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Work Environment
