Role Summary:
We are seeking a committed Front Desk Sales Associate who will deliver outstanding customer service to our members, potential members, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our Judgement Free Zone.
Work Schedule:
- Monday: 4:30 AM - 10:30 AM
- Tuesday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests warmly as they arrive and depart.
- Foster the Judgement Free Zone ethos by supporting members on their fitness journeys.
- Address member inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Manage membership processes including sign-ups and billing modifications.
- Conduct retail transactions and meet sales objectives.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and facilities.
Qualifications:
- Preferred 6-12 months of experience in customer service
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- CPR/AED Certification (training will be provided)
- Basic proficiency in computer skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
