As a Nurse Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing holistic care to residents at The Village at Victory Lakes. This challenging and rewarding position requires a skilled nurse who can lead nursing activities, assess resident health, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assess resident health and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform various medical procedures
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Lead nursing activities and supervise certified nursing assistants
- Participate in infection control and compliance initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois
- 1+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics
- Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy when working with residents
