About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Care Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide professional nursing care and coordinate patient care with our healthcare providers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care following established standards and practices.
  • Assist providers and staff in coordinating patient care, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
  • Function as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers, promoting effective collaboration and teamwork.
  • Direct LPNs, CNAs, and Schedulers, while receiving direction from Providers, Coordinators, and Clinical Managers/Supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Montana.
  • Basic Life Support certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LPN or CMA outpatient clinic experience.
