About the Job

  • Provide effective support and interventions to individuals experiencing homelessness, using a trauma-informed and recovery-based approach.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement individualized plans for clients, including referrals to community resources and services.
  • Conduct ongoing training and education for staff on de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and trauma-informed care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of experience working with homeless populations.
  • Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, conflict resolution, and trauma-informed care a plus.
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
