About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to individuals of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Assist in the implementation of therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and maintain accurate documentation of client progress and session notes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
