Responsibilities:

  • Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments and evaluations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and session notes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
