Qualifications:
- Preferred knowledge in construction or related fields.
- Experience with operating equipment and power tools is advantageous.

- A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in construction trades or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Physical capability to lift or move up to 100 lbs occasionally, and up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and navigate various work environments.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
