Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Civana Management. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for developing and updating SOPs, training manuals, policies, and procedures for all front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update SOPs, training manuals, policies, and procedures for all front office operations.
  • Perform functions for various departmental positions as needed, according to operational demands.
  • Use and maintain all channels of communication, such as log books, memos, and whiteboards, to ensure all staff are up to date on critical information.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through appropriate resolution of all issues and complaints, and keep all operational departments informed using service recovery protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • One to two years' experience in a Supervisor role in Front Office, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a passion for health and wellness.
  • Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
