Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Civana Management is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Resort Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cosmetic enhancements, door and window installation, and plumbing repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units, including changing filters and testing thermostats.
• Respond to guest issues in a courteous and professional manner.
• Patrol the resort grounds to ensure safety and security, and handle emergency situations promptly and effectively.
• Assist at the front desk and other departments as needed.

Requirements

• One to two years' experience as a General Maintenance Engineer.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge and passion for health and wellness.
