IoT Architect Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IoT Architect to design and implement cutting-edge IoT solutions for industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial automation systems, sensor technologies, edge computing, cloud platforms, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive IoT architectures, frameworks, and blueprints that align with business objectives, scalability, and interoperability requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and technical leadership to cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their operational needs and translate them into technical requirements for IoT systems.
  • Design and implement robust security frameworks to protect IoT systems from cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
  • Architect solutions that are scalable, reliable, and capable of handling large volumes of data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6 years) in designing and implementing IoT architectures for industrial applications.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, sensor technologies, edge computing, cloud platforms, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in IoT protocols and standards (e.g., MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus), networking technologies, and security frameworks.
