Warehouse Operations Coordinator Lead Position at PharmaCann

Objective: Reporting to the Supply Chain Warehouse Supervisor or Manager, the Warehouse Operations Coordinator Lead is tasked with overseeing inventory replenishment, receiving, issuing, managing, and accounting for all inventory acquired through the Supply Chain department. This position requires maintaining accurate files and records, liaising with customers and suppliers, collaborating with various teams, and providing guidance to Warehouse Coordinators and Material Handlers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and train Warehouse Coordinators and Material Handlers in their daily operations.
  • Receive supplies, materials, and equipment, verify deliveries, monitor stock levels, manage packaging, and ensure warehouse organization.
  • Operate forklifts, coordinate deliveries, and perform inventory audits.
  • Oversee purchase orders, inventory needs, distribute supplies to departments, and track distribution.
  • Report on inventory status, analyze purchasing trends, and utilize company systems for effective inventory management.
  • Develop and manage projects related to inventory.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management is preferred.
  • Experience with forklift operation and purchasing is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of supply items, packaging requirements, logistics, and inventory control is essential.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, ability to secure a MED card, and possession of a valid Driver License are required.
Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • APICS certification is preferred.
