Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental stages of young learners in the early childhood program.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and growth.
- Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive and enjoyable activities.
- Employ effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive educational atmosphere.
- Monitor and evaluate individual student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to design and implement comprehensive educational programs.
Qualifications:
- A CDA, an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience working with young children is necessary.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and welfare is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are required for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in creating and executing lesson plans that align with educational standards is expected.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate the diverse needs of students is crucial.
