We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Careermount. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Run the register and process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Make purchase suggestions and provide product recommendations to customers
  • Work with our food program and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience preferred
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience a plus
  • Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and grow with our company

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
