We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team at JM Chandler Dream Builders. As a BCaBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and teens with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Select and administer assessments to determine the best course of treatment for clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
- Monitor progress and make program changes as needed.
- Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
- Ability to work with integrity and adhere to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies.
