HVAC Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Worlds of Fun. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heating units, ductwork, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, including refrigerant controls, compressors, and other components.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with major overhauls and modifications to HVAC systems as needed.
• Ensure the safe operation of all work areas and projects, adhering to company safety guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in HVAC repair and maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigerant controls, compressors, and other components.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
