Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laborer Utility to join our Housing Maintenance Team B Unit 1 at the Chickasaw Nation Housing and Tribal Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance work necessary to the upkeep and operation of project structures, grounds, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Answer questions in a courteous and professional manner
  • Partner with internal and external services to ensure appropriate referrals
  • Greet and engage with a smile
  • Determine and meet customer needs
  • Seek positive experiences and outcomes
  • Complete all training and development requirements
  • Work collaboratively to support productivity and safety
  • Maintain adequate supplies and equipment
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment
  • Identify and address potential environmental hazards
  • Maintain professionalism
  • Meet attendance and punctuality requirements
  • Adhere to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
  • Provide break coverage and augment staff as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies
  • Keep equipment operational and systems ready for use
  • Perform repairs and installations
  • Report needed changes
  • Mow lawns and clean surrounding landscapes
  • Repair basic machinery
  • Maintain building accessibility
  • Perform demolition, drywall, and painting tasks

Working Conditions
