• Safety Responsibilities: Fiber cutters are responsible for their own safety and must immediately report any work-related injuries or illnesses. They must also keep the work area neat and free of hazards, wear required personal protective equipment at all times, and ensure proper lifting techniques.
• Education and Skills: Basic reading and writing skills are required, as well as the ability to read, understand, and communicate with other employees and management.
