What We Provide:
- Attractive hourly pay ranging from $35,000 to over $60,000 annually, with opportunities for additional earnings through performance and sales commissions.
- A comprehensive benefits package featuring affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a complimentary $15,000 term life insurance policy and employer-sponsored short-term disability coverage.
- A 401(k) plan with a company match of up to 4.5%, plus an employee stock purchase plan.

Your Duties Will Include:
- Providing top-notch pest management services in compliance with company, manufacturer, and regulatory standards.
- Establishing strong relationships with clients to address their pest control needs effectively.
- Identifying opportunities for expanding the customer base.
- Adhering to all product label instructions while performing pest management tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records of field activities, including service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age; prior experience in pest control is not required.
- High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
- Experience in the home services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
Candidates should be capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:
- Safely use ladders within the manufacturer's weight limits.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Obtain pesticide licensure during the training period (company-sponsored).
- Access confined spaces, attics, and rooftops safely.
- Work in various weather conditions.
