Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, including identification and damage checks.
  • Process and confirm receipt and shipping documentation for internal and external customers.
  • Comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for the handling of hazardous goods.
  • Validate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemical shipments.
  • Manage inventory of shipping supplies.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
