Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team on a travel assignment. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical professionals to interpret.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as CT scanners and X-ray machines, to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate and safe positioning.
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as required for imaging procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely image interpretation.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist or Radiologic Technologist.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Diagnostic Imaging setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
