Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Assembly Technician to join our team at Northwest Service Enterprises, Inc. Professional Assembly. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing products and merchandise for various manufacturers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and repair products and merchandise according to manufacturer instructions and retailer guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Check-in with Retailer management to confirm build list and inventory.
  • Generate and complete invoices daily.
  • Report and communicate effectively to the Area Manager.
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace, leaving clients with a clean build area.
  • Other responsibilities as outlined in employee handbook.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background test.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, and mechanical aptitude.
  • A smart phone and e-mail address.
  • Internet access via a smart phone or mobile device.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Capable of working on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Kneel, bend, twist, and lift 40+ pounds repeatedly.
  • Experience is a plus, but we will train.
