Job Description
Senior Principal Architect - A Critical Role in Our Team
This is a critical role in our team that requires a highly experienced and skilled architect to lead architectural projects and provide senior-level guidance. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction administration processes. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Architect to join our team in a critical role. In this position, you will be responsible for managing architectural projects, supervising a design team, and participating in document production with other teams. You will also provide senior-level reviews of construction submittals and RFIs from contractors and ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct the architectural work throughout the project life cycle
- Supervise and direct a design team
- Manage a variety of projects from design concept through construction administration
- Interface/coordinate architecture and engineering disciplines to develop and execute architectural design concepts

Requirements
- 10 years + broad-based architectural experience, including building infrastructure design
- Professional license and NCARB certificate or ability to obtain NCARB Certificate
- Experience with budget/schedule, and quality responsibility
- Experience in public bid projects
- Proficiency in architectural design and quality responsibility
- Knowledge of building systems and their coordination/integration; Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil

Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
