**Job Summary**
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at AccentCare, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients in a hospice setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assisting patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
• Providing basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including vital sign monitoring and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assisting with medication administration and ensuring patients take prescribed medications as directed.
• Helping patients with mobility and transfers, promoting their independence and safety.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
