Job Summary

As a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the vehicle maintenance staff at a facility. This position provides leadership and direction to maintenance staff, ensuring that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide guidance and support to maintenance staff, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Maintenance Operations: Coordinate and supervise maintenance work and repairs, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Safety and Quality: Monitor safety and quality standards, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with management, operations, and other stakeholders regarding the status of fleet vehicles and maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in vehicle maintenance or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Working Conditions

The Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The position requires the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and to lift up to 50 pounds.
