Leasing Professional

West Shore is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to contribute to our commitment to excellence in providing high-quality housing options and exceptional customer service to our residents.

• Prospect Engagement: Provide personalized tours of the property and showcase available apartments to potential residents, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
• Leasing and Sales: Manage the leasing process by following up with prospects, processing applications, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements, striving to meet or exceed leasing targets.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction, and building positive relationships to encourage lease renewals.
• Marketing and Outreach: Assist with marketing efforts to promote the property, distributing marketing materials, hosting open houses, and participating in community events to attract potential residents.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, update the CRM system with prospects' information, and ensure all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Property Management Support: Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the property is well-maintained and issues are promptly addressed, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
• Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing laws.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Res Man) is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings to accommodate prospective residents.
