Job Overview

As a Repair Technician at Guitar Center, you will provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Your primary goal will be to continually build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and provide exceptional service
  • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
