Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes weekly pay, travel time reimbursement, mileage compensation, and opportunities for bonuses. Our Full-time Physical Therapists can earn between $97k and $120k per year on average. Plus, enjoy holiday and PTO pay, medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits, and discounted continuing education courses through top universities.

Job Description

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing home-based physical therapy to patients recovering from illnesses or injuries
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient plans of care
  • Observing patient movements, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and modifying care plans as needed
  • Assisting patients with exercises and hands-on therapy to manage pain and increase mobility
  • Educating patients and their families on established goals, exercises, and self-care techniques
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • An active PT license in Colorado
  • Minimum one year of physical therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare
  • BLS/CPR certification (demonstration course required)
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
  • Good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, dexterity, and compassion
