ServiceNow HRSD Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our innovative team at Sara Software Systems. As a Senior Developer/Architect for the ServiceNow HR Module, you will be at the forefront of transforming HR service delivery by designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Architect and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions, including Case & Knowledge Management, HR Portal, and Employee Service Center.
• Tailor workflows, business rules, forms, and UI policies to meet specific HR requirements, enhancing system efficiency.
• Work closely with HR teams to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external HR systems, such as HCM, Payroll, and Identity Management via APIs and web services.
• Perform regular system testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure the reliability and stability of HRSD solutions.
• Produce detailed technical documentation, including process flows, architecture diagrams, and design specs for internal and client use.
• Provide guidance and support to HR stakeholders and end-users, delivering training and resolving technical inquiries as needed.
• Develop automation scripts, workflows, and custom reports to optimize processes and provide actionable HR insights.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD development and architecture.
• Expertise in UI customization, including complex macros and Service Portal design.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, JQuery, and CSS for developing client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Experience in third-party integrations and API-driven development (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and the ability to configure data sources, LDAP, SSO, and transform maps.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, and business services relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player mindset.
