Job Title: Medical Surgical Nurse Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Surgical Nurse Assistant to join our team at Della Infotech, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Medical Surgical Nurse Assistant will work in a fast-paced medical surgical unit, providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
  • Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a medical surgical setting.
  • Current ACLS and BCLS certifications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic life support certification.
