About the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Eleos ABA. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing in-home ABA services to our clients, working in a professional and supportive environment that fosters growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one therapy setting.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Collaborate with caregivers to provide training and support, promoting a safe and supportive environment for clients and families.
  • Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties, maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Attend trainings to acquire further knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with best practices in ABA.
Requirements
  • High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1 year of experience working with children under 10 years old, with experience as a therapist/RBT preferred.
  • Ability to obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB, with training and support provided by Eleos ABA.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and sit on the ground.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and respectful attitude.
