Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our patients, providing training and supervision to our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) team, and collaborating with other service providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs to ensure high-quality care and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other service providers, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and data analysis to inform treatment decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
