Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Cardiology team at Saint Francis Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to a diverse range of patients with a focus on cardiac populations.
  • Collaborate with expert level charge nurses and unit leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in cardiology.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut.
  • BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
  • Preferred: BSN degree, acute care experience, and ACLS certification.
