**Job Summary**

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support our automotive client in the performance of arc flash studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and verifying data, running and reviewing studies to identify any issues or abnormalities, and printing and distributing labels upon analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review and analyze arc flash data sheets to identify potential issues
  • Gather and verify data to fill out arc flash data sheets
  • Run arc flash analysis on production lines, facilities panels, and facilities equipment
  • Maintain project schedules by running analysis through Arc Flash queue on DOMO
  • Review reports for any issues or discrepancies and create countermeasures to lower arc flash incident energy if requested
  • Print and distribute labels to customers and install labels on equipment maintained by the Facilities Department

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Associates degree in Electrical Engineering or 3+ years of work experience
  • Experience working in modeling software, preferably SKM or ETAP, EasyPower, or others
  • Experience working with power distribution systems and high voltage systems (200V or above)
