Key Responsibilities- Coordinate training program support, staff credentialing, and general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain calendars for program directors and schedule meetings as required.
- Assist with fellow recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Coordinate ACGME accreditation site visits and internal review processes.
- Maintain resident and fellow rotation lists, credentialing records, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate conferences, orientations, and other educational events.
- Provide administrative support for division chiefs and other senior leaders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or three years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidential information.
