Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Conduct medical exams, diagnose conditions, and prescribe treatments as needed.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to help patients achieve optimal recovery.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in post-acute rehab settings.
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant and valid state licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on national averages for Physician Assistants in similar roles. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
