We are currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for our Supply Chain Solutions division. This role is essential in overseeing the upkeep and repair of all building and power equipment within a Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the repair and maintenance of all machinery, electrical systems, and building infrastructure to guarantee continuous operations.
  • Develop and recommend maintenance strategies and schedules to reduce equipment downtime.
  • Install and repair machinery, while providing training to staff on maintenance procedures and conducting performance trials to meet quality standards.
  • Manage maintenance tasks across various disciplines including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
  • Oversee facility layout modifications, including the setup of conveyors and relocation of equipment.
  • Implement and uphold safety and security protocols.
  • Assist with manual labor tasks as necessary, including loading and moving materials.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance required.
  • Experience in designing and managing preventative maintenance programs required.
  • Technical knowledge of schematics, HVAC, hydraulics, and electrical systems required.
  • Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout procedures preferred.
  • Proficient in diagnosing repair needs and troubleshooting electrical systems required.
  • Knowledge of forklift and conveyor systems preferred.

Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 annually, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
