Lead Interior Designer and Team Coach

Havenly, a pioneer in home design and furnishings, is seeking an accomplished Lead Interior Designer and Team Coach to spearhead the growth and success of our talented team of designers. With a strong background in interior design and leadership, you will inspire and motivate remote designers to exceed performance goals, while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
About the RoleAs a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for:
- Team Motivation and Coaching: Lead a diverse group of designers, providing guidance, resources, and support to help them achieve success on the Havenly platform.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly review and critique designer work to maintain high standards of deliverables, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with designers, dedicated to helping them grow and succeed in a dynamic environment.
- Innovation and Development: Participate in the ongoing development and innovation of designer training programs, driving team growth and excellence.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for leadership, you will be responsible for:
- Performance Management: Conduct regular business reviews with designers, sharing performance data, setting goals, and offering constructive feedback.
- Resource Development: Create tools and materials to enhance team efficiency and success in daily tasks.
- Sales Education: Provide training on sales tactics, vendor relations, and best practices to drive performance.
- Team Collaboration: Lead group coaching calls to share best practices, celebrate successes, and deliver company updates.
- Customer Experience: Coach team members on communication, sales, and delivering top-notch customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Interior Design Experience: 5+ years as an interior designer, with a strong portfolio and excellent design skills.
- Leadership Skills: 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring creative teams, with remote team management as a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Comfort with analyzing performance data to drive team improvements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly in digital interactions.
- Time Management: Strong skills in managing time to meet goals efficiently.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make sound business decisions independently.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per year, including a base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 plus monthly performance bonuses.
