The Practice Supervisor operates under the guidance of the Director of Practice Operations, ensuring the efficient management of daily activities within the medical facility. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. The supervisor is responsible for strategically planning and directing operations to maintain cost efficiency while enhancing the productivity of staff, physicians, and Advanced Practice Professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize independent judgment to interpret and implement policies and procedures.
- Oversee financial operations with a broad impact on the organization.
- Foster a collaborative environment to improve team performance.
EDUCATION:
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, or an Associate's degree with at least 5 years of leadership experience in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 3-5 years of experience in managing medical practices is required.
