- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of distribution managers, supervisors, and staff across all distribution locations.
- Process Improvement: Partner with OPEX leader to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices across all sites.
- Vendor and Partner Relations: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with landlords, vendors, and other external partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPI's) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience within Logistics and Distribution with multi-site level management of 100,000sqft facilities, with at least 5 years in leadership role.
- Skills: Advanced skills on all Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Labor Management, Advanced WMS, and ability to pull data from multiple data sources, including BI/COGNOS, JDE, and vendor portals.
