Position Overview:
Mountain Ltd. is seeking an experienced OSP Engineer to support our engineering team. This role is critical in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for telecom providers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of outside plant equipment installations and modifications.
- Support the design of line setups, staking specifications, and extensions for fiber and cable.
- Conduct thorough desktop and site surveys, along with job costing activities.
- Create cost estimates based on pre-design modeling for various projects.
- Collaborate in planning and recommending new constructions for outside plant network structures, including Fiber-To-The-Premise and Hybrid Fiber Coax technologies.
- Oversee permitting processes with local, state, and federal agencies.
- Gather and manage field data, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Supervise construction activities and ensure safe storage and tracking of materials.
- Maintain up-to-date records of contractor changes and assist in mapping updates.
- Review contractor invoices as necessary.
- Travel as required to support project needs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Maps/Earth, AutoCAD, ESRI, Adobe Acrobat, Nitro Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with telecommunications practices and construction services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to interpret legal land descriptions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license required.

Education and Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in telecom project management preferred.
- High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Knowledge of CAD, ESRI, and Microsoft Office is essential.
