We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support the development of new product processes and apply new manufacturing technologies to existing production programs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, with CAD/CAM CNC programming experience, preferably in NX. Strong CNC milling machine processing, tooling, and programming skills, including 4 and 5 axis machining, are required.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and developing new and emerging technologies in manufacturing engineering, coordinating Design for Manufacturing efforts, and determining manufacturing procedures and operation sequencing.

Key responsibilities include preparing tooling and gauge lists, creating and proving out N/C programs, writing detailed operations sheets and work instructions, and providing cost estimates for new business capture and process improvement efforts.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline, 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, and access to United States Export Controlled information.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong communication and documentation skills, a Lean mindset, and leadership skills to drive change towards a Lean factory.

Lean belt certification is a plus, and experience developing automated and advanced manufacturing systems is highly desirable.
