Vascular Technologist PRN Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Technologist PRN to join our team at St. David's Round Rock Medical Center. As a Vascular Technologist PRN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing ultrasonic imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform ultrasonic imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis or treatment
- Apply sound energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment
- Exercise professional judgment in performance of services and maintain a demeanor complementary to medical ethics
- Apply knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span to identify patient and family requirements relative to age-specific needs
- Participate in providing patient-specific care standards as directed, and follow service excellence standards to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by the Association of Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Associate's degree or higher in a related technological field (preferred)
- One year of previous experience as an Ultrasound Technologist (preferred)
