Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Gather and post bid documents, review bid documents to determine scope of work per trade, and contact potential subcontractors.
- Estimating and Scheduling: Develop material and labor quantity take-offs for work performed, prepare estimate summaries for bids, and compile and analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals to determine the best value.
- Project Management: Develop preliminary project schedules, review post-bid information to ensure scopes of work are correct and accurate, and assist the project manager in preparing change order requests.
