The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to aerospace quality regulations while fostering ongoing enhancements in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine production documentation to align with quality benchmarks
  • Oversee first article inspections, nondestructive evaluations, and failure investigations
  • Guarantee compliance of materials and maintain traceability
  • Gather and interpret production metrics for quality validation
  • Facilitate root cause investigations for nonconforming items
  • Assist in material evaluations and client audits
  • Maintain comprehensive quality records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years in electronic or optical technologies
  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality frameworks
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • ASQ Quality Engineer Certification is a plus
