In this role, you will address both clinical and non-clinical needs after standard business hours. Your responsibilities will include providing skilled nursing assessments, interventions, and supportive care to home health and hospice patients during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- A valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Ohio is required.
- A minimum of three years of experience in acute care, medical-surgical, oncology, or geriatric nursing is required.
- Experience with a Medicare-certified home health agency is preferred.
- A valid driver's license, insurance, and a satisfactory driving record are necessary.
