Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Curam solutions based on client requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of the codebase.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Work closely with business analysts and clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Curam development, with a strong understanding of Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems, with experience working with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Curam development, with experience working with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of web services and integration technologies, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
