Compensation: $57,000 - $68,000 annually.

As a Center Leader, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Setting a positive example by demonstrating a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children and staff, fostering an atmosphere of trust and connection with diverse groups.
  • Ensuring the center's physical environment meets all health and safety regulations and complies with local and state licensing standards.
  • Maintaining a fully staffed center with high-performing educators through proactive recruitment, training, coaching, and engagement.
  • Guiding educators in implementing our proprietary curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to enhance the learning experience and make TLE a delightful place for children.
  • Delivering consistent business outcomes, evaluated through family retention, enrollment growth, and operational efficiency, including managing accounts receivable and payable, monthly financial reports, and payroll.
  • Effectively engaging prospective families through both in-person and virtual tours, and organizing community marketing events to boost awareness and enrollment.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Two or more years of leadership/management experience in a center; at least one year required.
  • Must possess state-specific Administrative or Director credentials, along with any other relevant state guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of state licensing regulations.
