Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 0-2 years of experience in general office, back office banking, or accounting is essential.
- Advanced computer skills are necessary, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- A minimum of 0-3 years in banking operations and 0-2 years in fraud investigations or related fields is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Strong work ethic aligned with City National Bank's core values.
- Flexibility and quick adaptability to change.
- Proficient multitasking abilities to meet performance goals.
- Advanced knowledge of PC functions in a Windows environment.

Compensation:
The starting base salary for this position is $33.43 per hour. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for bonuses and/or commissions.
