About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to a diverse patient population, conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interprofessional healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired treatment outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in unit-based initiatives and shared governance activities to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice and performance improvement projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Two years of registered nurse experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Current Texas State Licensure or Compact State Licensure within 60 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Magnet certification in a relevant specialty area.
